Gadiara is located at the confluence of the Highly and Rupnarayan rivers. It is opposite to Diamond Harbor. GADIARA is connected by bus from Calcutta and Howrah. One can also take a bus to Noorpur from Calcutta and cross over by ferry. From Howrah one can take the suburban train to Bagnan and then take a bus to GADIARA. There is a WBTDC tourist bungalow in GADIARA.
